I'm pretty sure the man knows what a naked woman looks like, and has been blessed to work with mostly European women that haven't fell victim to the fat epidemic in the USA. Nor are the women that he works with deathly thin. Young and healthy women exist all over the place out there. Kali, most of Royo’s art is done with live models.
