Just look how the other side of the laptop blocks the steering wheel... are you guys dumb? It is just meant to be easy when on the road, and you can install your laptop somewhere when you have got to do some quick work. On you steering wheel seems a logical place, you dont have to leave the drivers seat, and you are already comfortably placed behind your working location.
