The thrower was blindfolded and one of the knives caught the assistant on the head. Thankfully it was just a nick and not serious. They were trying to break some speed record and there were two presenters. The female one was saying "Oh god! We've got blood! Are you OK?" and the male one just said "So...do we have a record?" :D There was a knife throwing act on British TV a few years ago.
